Online visit
Online visits are completed through a secure system called Jane App. This allows a visit from any location and may be more convenient, depending on your schedule. Prior to booking an initial consultation, you can contact us for a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation to ensure that Ayurveda is the right path for you.

Initial Consultation
Prior to the initial consultation, you will be given intake forms to fill out and return by email at least 48 hours before your appointment. This will allow your practitioner to gather as much information as possible before they meet with you. We will meet through Jane App for about 75 minutes to discuss your intake forms in detail and clarify any areas of concern.

Report of Findings
Three to five days after your initial consultation, you will meet with your practitioner through Jane Appfor about 30 minutes to discuss their findings, including your natural doshic makeup and current imbalances. You will be provided with a treatment plan to address your imbalances. **Note that the follow up visit is included with the cost of the initial consultation.**

Follow Up Visits
Follow up visits will occur on a weekly basis for at least four weeks, and then can be spread out to every two weeks, depending on the success of the treatment plan. It is important to follow up on a regular basis at the beginning of your treatment plan to determine whether your imbalances are improving. Each follow up visit will be about 45 minutes in order to thoroughly review your treatment plans and any changes that might have occurred in the previous week.
